1. Daily Schedule Emailing my daily schedule effectively communicates various purposes. It allows the staff to see items I anticipate achieving, where I most likely will be found throughout the day, and special comments I may have to keep the lines of communication open.
2. 504 Success Plan - I wrote this 504 Success Plan for a senior who recently exited Special Education Services. Although he was able to get out of that program, we felt there were some areas that he still needed help and implemented the 504 Plan.
